With one of our VIP memberships, you will sign up for one or two small group training sessions per week, and you will receive a personalized folder to help you to track your progress, goals, programming, and diet. In our small group fitness sessions, you will have access to specialized equipment, personalized programming, and additional support and accountability as you work towards achieving your personal goals.
This hybrid approach is what allows us to provide you the greatest return on an investment in yourself. In addition to your regularly scheduled small group training, our Fuel, Firm, Flex, and Fit and Function fitness are designed to compliment your personalized programming and maximize your progress towards your individual weight loss, muscle gain, and fat loss goals.
Small group training slots will fill up fast, and once you’re in, that coveted spot is yours as long as you’re a member!
